Terms & Conditions

To help make your appointment as smooth and accurate as possible, please bring the following where relevant:

• The garment(s) you would like altered.

• The shoes you plan to wear with the garment, especially when having trousers, jeans, dresses or skirts shortened.

• The underwear or clothing you intend to wear with the garment if a fitting is required, particularly for formalwear and fitted garments.

• Any additional items that may affect the fit, such as belts or shapewear.

Please bring your garments clean and ready for assessment and fitting.

If you are unsure what you need to bring, please get in touch before your appointment.

By completing your booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the appointment time to another customer where possible.

Missed appointments and late cancellations result in reserved time that cannot always be rebooked, which can mean a loss of time and income for my business.

Please make sure appointment reminders are enabled so you don't miss your appointment.

Drop-Off Appointments
At your appointment, we will discuss the alterations you require, assess your garments and confirm the price and expected completion time.

Fitting Appointments
During your fitting, I will assess the garment, discuss the alterations with you and pin or mark the required changes. The final price will be confirmed after assessing the garment in person.

Mobile Fitting Appointments
For a mobile fitting, I will visit you at your home to assess the garment, pin the required alterations and discuss the work with you. A £20 deposit is required for the mobile fitting service. The final alteration price will be confirmed after the garment has been assessed in person.
